LOGAN, Utah — A man and a woman were killed early Tuesday morning after being ejected from a vehicle in a rollover crash in Cache County.
The Cache County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene just after 6 a.m. on Stink Creek Road near the Logan City Landfill. Upon arrival, deputies discovered a wrecked vehicle and both victims, who had been thrown from the car. Tragically, they were pronounced dead at the scene.
While the victims’ names have not been released pending family notification, investigators say several factors may have contributed to the crash — including high speed, failure to wear seatbelts, and the likely presence of alcohol. Deputies found multiple open containers at the site.

The crash remains under investigation.
