Man Killed, Two Flee Scene After Rollover Crash in Murray

MURRAY, Utah — A man was killed Saturday afternoon after a pickup truck and an SUV collided near 5300 South and Woodrow Street in Murray.
Police said the victim, believed to be in his 30s or 40s, was partially ejected from the pickup. It is still unclear if he was the driver or a passenger.

The truck came to rest against a traffic light pole, and two occupants fled the scene. Officers were able to apprehend one of them, while the other remains at large, according to Murray City Police spokeswoman Kristen Reardon.
The occupants of the SUV sustained only minor injuries and were treated at the scene. Authorities expect the roadway to remain closed into the early evening while the investigation continues.
