Motorcyclist Dies in Crash on Highway 89 in Spanish Fork Canyon
SPANISH FORK, Utah — A motorcyclist was killed Thursday evening in Spanish Fork Canyon after colliding with a vehicle on Highway 89.
According to the Utah Highway Patrol, the crash occurred when a vehicle attempted to turn westbound onto Highway 6, and the eastbound motorcycle struck it, throwing the rider from the bike.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity has not yet been released.
Following the crash, multiple lanes were closed, and northbound traffic on Highway 89 was diverted westbound onto US-6.
